Doctor Who actress Catherine Tate has landed her own Netflix series. The British comedy performer, best known in the UK for her sketch series The Catherine Tate Show, has created six-part women’s prison mockumentary Hard Cell for Netflix. Here’s the logline: “Tate plays multiple characters as a documentary crew follows the inmates and staff of HMP Woldsley capturing the penal system at its brutal humorous best.” Hard Cell is produced by Argonon-backed Leopard Pictures, which is behind Mackenzie Crook’s BBC show Worzel Gummidge. Executive producer Kristian Smith said: “We cannot wait to show audiences on Netflix the inside of HMP Woldsley, our fictional prison occupied by the fantastic creations of Catherine Tate. This series is funny and touching all at once, revealing what life might be like in a British women’s correctional facility.”
James Purefoy stars as William Travers, a criminal barrister who is recovering from a traumatic series of events that have shaken his belief in the legal system. On the surface, Travers is a picture of success; an accomplished criminal barrister happily living with his wife (played by Dervla Kirwan) in rural Suffolk. However, Travers is still recovering from events in his past when he is drawn into a case that involves his old friend Martin Newall (Nathaniel Parker), who faces conspiracy and murder charges while at the same time being investigated by a vicious and vengeful detective DS Mark Wenborn (Creed Miles). The five-part series from acclaimed writer Anthony Horowitz (Collision, Foyle's War) is a story of friendship, conspiracy, betrayal and murder as well as a critical look at the way the legal system operates.

CBS的《#犯罪现场调查# CSI: Crime Scene Investigation》事续篇剧现在定名为《犯罪现场调查：维加斯 CSI: Vegas》，并有Paula Newsome﹑Matt Lauria及Mel Rodriguez加盟。 过去William Petersen及Jorja Fox已经与剧组在谈判中，报导指会是两位旧人带上新角色（Maxine﹑Josh﹑Allie﹑Chris及Hugo）。消息源指Paula Newsome饰演Maxine，她是鉴证实验室的新主管，亦遗传学领域的领头羊。有一个鸦片类药物成瘾问题的儿子。 曾经在母剧演了3集的Matt Lauria会饰演另一角色Josh，是CSI第三级首席调查员，来自一个骗徒家庭﹑Mel Rodriguez饰演首席验尸官，太平间对他来说是快乐泉源。 此剧由CBS TV Studios及Jerry Bruckheimer TV制作，Jason Tracey负责执笔此项目。
Netflix宣布续订喜剧《#同妻俱乐部# Grace and Frankie》第七兼最终季，同时这令此剧成为Netflix的最长寿剧集之一。《同妻俱乐部》最终季将有16集，使它会到达94集。
